It was ideal spot for Disneyland and had shuttle bus throughout the day to take you to Disneyland and return to hotel.
Rooms didn’t have tea/coffee facilities and a cup of hot water cost around 2- 2.50 euros which I thought should be free due to lack off kettle in room or choice to hire one.
Didn’t have iron or one to hire from reception.
They should maybe invest in kettle / iron hire.
Rooms had bunk beds aswell as a big bed and were actually ideal for your stay.
We done the buffet breakfast and it had a variety of choice although we decided to take breakfast at Disney land the next day. ( we didn’t like the bacon eggs or beans but that’s our preference) . As I said they had plenty off variety to offer at breakfast etc so ideal for family’s and the staff work hard.
Staff were very friendly and I felt it was a comfortable lovely stay.
I would stay here again without a doubt and take my travel kettle and iron 😀
I found it very clean all around, lovely hardworking staff and the ideal spot for Disneyland .
Overall a lovely very clean hotel and worth the price and I would definitely stay again as I know it’s an ideal spot for Disneyland .
Thankyou to all staff for making it a lovely stay.

Avoid This Hotel – Looks Nice Outside, But a Disaster Inside
We recently stayed at Campanile Val de France, and it was a huge disappointment. The service is terrible, the staff is unfriendly, and the overall experience was far from what we expected.
The rooms were dirty—we found hairs on the sheets and in the bathroom, and there was even mold on the walls. Housekeeping clearly does not do a thorough job. The breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited choices, and to make matters worse, we had a shocking experience: one morning, my 4-year-old child took a croissant to eat outside, and a staff member took it from his hand, demanding we pay an extra €2 for it! Completely unacceptable behavior.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location—it’s close to Disneyland. But there are several other hotels in the area that offer much better service for the same convenience.
In short, this hotel is deceiving—it may look nice on the outside, but inside, it’s a disaster. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Excellent location with regular buses to the parks. However the rooms are really dated and a bit grubby and beds are uncomfortable, the bunk beds sound like they're on the verge of collapse. We stayed at the start of the trip and then on the last night as we had a few days in the marvel as well. On the last night the room stunk of smoke and the toilet wasn't flushing right, like maybe there was a block or the pressure wasn't quite enough but it kept rising, got up in the middle of the night flushed and the flusher got jammed in the wall and the water rose and rose and flooded the entire bathroom, had to use all the towels and pry the flusher out of the wall. My husband went to reception to ask for something to try get the water down and more towels, they handed him a plunger and a towel, no offers of help or to change rooms. The following morning in the middle of getting dressed a random man let himself into the room, reception had given him a keycard to our room. We Told them and they couldn't have cared less tbh, they just said ok. Absolutely Wouldn't stay again. There's better hotels for similar costs.

Here's a revised version of your review:
We stayed at this hotel in November 2024 as a base while visiting Disneyland for a couple of days. We arrived around 9 p.m., and the hotel was bustling and felt a bit cramped. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
After checking in, we quickly dropped our bags in the room and headed to the bar, as we were quite hungry. The prices were reasonable, similar to other places nearby. We ordered a pizza for €16, which was enjoyable; however, we later found out it was frozen rather than homemade.
Our room was basic but adequate, though it lacked tea and coffee-making facilities. Shuttle buses to Disneyland were frequent and conveniently picked up right outside the hotel.
Breakfast the next morning was quite an experience. It was a buffet with the usual options, but some items missed the mark. The baked beans were a strange color and lacked flavor, and the bacon was quite unappetizing. The coffee was also disappointing. While I understand this is a 3-star hotel, I think the food quality could be improved.
Overall, it served as a convenient and affordable option for visiting Disneyland, but there’s room for improvement, especially in the food department.

Lovely little hotel, would happily stay here again.
Breakfast included was a bonus and fantastic way to stay your day at Disney. Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable…only downside there were no tea/coffee making facilities within the room. Nice little area with a few animals for the little ones to see.
Shuttle bus every 20mins into Disneyland which were packed and always overcrowded.
